Japanese cuisine “Shindo-Fuji-no-Zen” is served in a restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere.
The meal includes about 65 kinds of wild and mountain blessings, seasonal vegetables, and high quality meat and fish.
Dinner starts at 18:00.
【Breakfast】
Japanese dishes centered on vegetables, such as grilled magnolia leaves with vegetable miso and aromatic rice, will fill you with energy.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant between 8:00 and 9:00.
